Above freezing in Anchorage and above zero in Fairbanks. Might be a mild winter after all.
We have been running below normal for quite a while. But I would rather have the 20's rather than this freeze/thaw/freeze slide-on-the-road. Even the days of below 0°F are looking better than this mess.
