Hope this is not a duplicate. No more details yet Passengers getting off
you got that right - we oughta be seeing Jesse any time now - maybe Chrissy Matthews will have him on Hardball tonight - of course he'd have to cancel Murtha
So, this may have been a domestic issue, which unfortunately became a federal one? A guy without meds, huh, that was unexpected.
So the some lady got a phone call on the plane and ran off?
And then her husband went after her and said he had a bomb?
Is that the story so far?
Any word on what this guy looked like? Was he speaking English?
and I was just beginning to feel good about an air marshall doing his/her job.
no, but he did have a girlfriend in Manila and roomed with several AQ attendees at the "Umma 2001 Jihad!" peace conference and summit but was otherwise unrelated to any terra organization.
I suppose putting a panty on the head of one of your fellow passengers would qualify.
They are no longer journalists...they all just want their name on the by-line as the one who "reported it first"...facts get in the way of their timeline and egos.
"Bipolar? I'm no shrink, but claiming to have a bomb sounds more like schizophrenia territory to me..."
Tell me about it -- I'm bipolar and I would never do anything like this.
The wife was running after him, yelling "My husband, my husband; he's bipolar and hasn't had his medication?"
Well, why not?
Well, if the man was mentally ill and was refusing to take his meds, that is sad. But not something the LEOs can be blamed for if the guy was claiming to have a bomb.
I'm no shrink either, and I don't see how bipolar (manic depression) is relevant. Certianly this kind of behavior could be expected of a schizophrenic, but neither manic nor depressive seems relevant....unless someone's going to blame this on bad meds.
By jove, I think you've got it.
Toooo funny!
Maybe he was apologizing and screaming "I'm sorry, I'm totally BOMBED," after three martinis at the airport bar...
Sean Vanity is an idiot.
Ah-ha. Good to know. ;-)
sounds like a cover story to me re bipolar etc.
He's non-polar now!
No doubt couldn't get them because of Prescription drug legislation. See, it is Bush's fault.
