I'm with you on this one. I would suggest easing immigration for people who have valuable skills from friendly nations.
My wife and I spent two years and almost $5000 dollars to bring our friend from Russia and she's a doctor. If we hadn't been willing to put the time and money into it she wouldn't have had a chance.

I would like to see a sense of the Congress passed that closes the anchor baby syndrome. Babies born here should not have citizenship if the mother is breaking the law to be here.

I agree with what you said. I'm in the process of legally immigrating to the U.S. and it is an expensive, time consuming affair where a single, little mistake on a form can have you removed from the U.S. The rules are strict and the consequences serious if you try to do things legally, but illegals are virtually ignored by the system. In my personal opinion, Immigration enforcement is tough on the legal immigrants because they are easier to catch.
