I think a school should be able to ban military recruiting. I think if they choose to duck their civic duty they shouldn't be eligable for any federal money whatsoever.
That was CJ Roberts' take. He said that the schools could avoid the whole matter by refusing to accept the Federal funds.
Take away the money and see how fast they will come around.
This case is a waste of the SCOTUS time and effort.
