Could observable changes in the atmosphere and weather patterns be caused by, dare I say it, the sun, rather than my SUV!?

Can anyone else look at the sun and see anything

I sure wish it would have an effect on global warming as the offical temp this morning was -18! I could use a little warming about now.

Well, it is pretty darn hot.... I'm not volunteering to take it's temperature. I'll let someone else be the one to fly out with a rectal thermometer.

Have the UN mobilize an international effort to get a gigantic sun umbrella put in front of the sun.
That should keep them out of mischief for a few years.

Neeener, neener, neener. I live in CA. We did have some frost yesterday. Almost cold enough to grab a coat.

So far this has been the coldest early December in many years. All because of global warming, of course.

From an earlier response...:-)
I believe we should send a lot of environmental scientists to the sun to investigate.

Where is Art Bell when you need him.
Announcing time and temperature on KNYE in Pahrump (station motto: Things That Go Pahrump in the Night).
95.1 FM in Pahrump with a 100.1 FM repeater in Las Vegas, although I've noticed a lot of interference on the LV frequency (there seems to be another nearby station on that frequency).

It was -3 degrees this morning. When is the warming starting?
To: Strategerist
822 was active from early to late November.
