Officials blame the high frequency of crashes on a lack of aviation spare parts due to US sanctions. Somehow I knew they would figure out a way to blame the US. No surprise here. I expect Kerry to make a similar observation.

It's easy. We'll be happy to replace your C-130 fleet and throw in a few F-14's, too, if you'll just follow Libya's lead in letting the U.S. take care of all further developments for your nuclear program.
