I see a Kerry Action Figure...possibly his own cartoon character.."Waffle Man" with his side kicks...Murtha-Man and something along the lines of their pal "Floatie" Teddie (current size Ted Kennedy wearing child's water floating wings...no cruelty towards his innocent "collateral damage" Mary Jo intended by this reference).
