Adolph Hitler was legally elected. Once in power, he and his minions dismantled German free society piece by piece until they were in absolute control. However, Chavez isn't Hitler and Venezuela isn't Germany. Chavez may have closed the last valve on a pressure cooker that will eventually blow him to hell.
