They should but they don't. An increase in KIA's gives them more talking points.

Congress was given a report that gives a clear picture of progress but you never hear the antiwar coalition on the hill talk about it. We have the graphs scanned in on our blog. Iraq Statistics for Dummies . The full report is 44 pages long in pdf format.

Either they can't read or they have chosen to ignore the entire report.

They choose not to read this sort, just like they chose NOT to read the pre-war intelligence reports provided to them, which they now claim they didn't know!
