[Police said Fortino took his computer to a Best Buy store, in Fayetteville, Ark., to be repaired. Store technicians found several pictures of children engaged in sexual acts on the computer hard drive, officials said.]
Important question: Are these "children engaged in sexual acts" 10 year old children or 14 year old children or 17 year old children?
There are plenty of legal pornographic pictures of legal age participants in legal sex acts available for free instantaneous download, and many "collectors" simply download their porn in large batches assuming that there will be no obviously underage participants contained within.
My next question is: does it make sense that a person who has a collection of genuine "child pornography" on his computer take that computer to a computer technician knowing that it will likely be found?
I'm reserving any judgment until I have A LOT more information
