Not necessarily. Reagan served with a Democrat Congress as did GHW Bush. Clinton had a Republican House in his second term. W has had a very thin majority. Discussions and faint hearts like this one could make it even thinner.

Sorry, meant to say, the man's party gets the glory in the press if he is a Democrat and the scorn in the press if he is a Republican. See, we are in a conundrum here. You can't vote for the man if he's a Democrat and you can't vote for the party, if he's a Republican. Make any sense?
