It is my humble opinion that they should be moved in with the members of the ACLU and democrat senators so the rest of us can sleep easy...would solve nothing, they are already in bed with one another

According to some news accounts, the jurors were afraid of possible retaliation by Arian's supporters.

to the left, and apparently the 12 zombies on this jury, its no different then the boy scouts. in fact, its better, the boy scouts are "evil" homophobes don't you know.
this country is right at the tipping point.

then speak up during jury slection and asked to be excused.

This is another reason why such terror-related trials should be transferred to military courts with civilian legal participation. No sense in trying terrorists in the leftist civilian legal system either.

Media is spinning big time for the terrorist. He's still facing retrial on the following important charges:
1. Racketeering
2. Conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization
3. Conspiracy to fund terrorists
4. Mail fraud
5. Money laundering
6. Obtaining US citizenship by fraud

about the only good news - a retrial will involve a different jury then this one.
To: oceanview
At least they can deport him for the citizenship fraud. That should be an easy one to get a conviction on.

Jury to Muslims: It's okay to kill Jews.
Reminds me of Nossair acquitted of murdering Meir Kahane. What followed was WTC1.
