I think I'm the only one here who thinks this is ingenious and somewhat funny. Don't you remember all the promises when they first passed mandatory seatbelt laws? Every... single... promise... has now been broken!

They tell them to show up at the Hilton on a certain day and collect them all when they show up. They do show too!
