574-Pound Man Argues He's Too Overweight For Jail

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- A man who allowed his home to be used to store crack cocaine that was shipped by mail was sentenced to 14 years in prison, federal officials said.
Michael Washington, 32, pleaded guilty last January to making his home available for the storage of crack cocaine, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney's office.
Washington, who weighs 574 pounds, argued during sentencing that he was too obese and in too poor of health to be adequately cared for in prison, and requested home confinement. However, the court said the agency was capable of addressing his medical needs....

At least he's not a flight risk. ..yeah we know he's not gonna tunnel,he can't scale a pencil never mind a wall, he could disguise himself as a garbage truck,UPS truck,fire truck,supple truck,and if he squats a police car, but flight, not unless as a C5 transport

"I doubt they'll make a bitch of him in the joint. I think he'll be a prison bitch from day one. No way he's going to be able to run away or fight.
And anyone who can get excited about a guys butt in the first place isn't likely to be too discriminating.
