Bush has signed a Totalization agreement with Mexico to give ILLEGAL aliens full SS benefits with 1/6th the time needed to work that a US citizen needs. It will apply to their entire family in MEXICO. "Guest workers", legal entrants also receive benefits. They will ALL get old or "disabled". These "immigrants" will never pay as much into SS as they will take. Many already get SSI. This will destroy what little life there is left in the SS system.
