§ 2381. Treason
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
Arrest them all, and let them plead to the minimum perscribed penalty under threat of the maximum perscribed penalty.

They are being sandbagged with the entire issue of Iraq. In the spring, when troop looses start to dwindle and then in summer, as the first units are recalled, the Anti-war Dems are going to be in deep Kim-Chee.
They need to start finding a way to embrace Victory, while claiming credit for themselves. Dean is going to be the sacrificial Lamb in all of it. He served his purpose by sucking all the available cash from the moonbats but the well is dry. Corporate Donors are going to be needed for the 06 Mid-Terms and Howie isn’t likely to be able to come up with the needed cash.

BS like this puts the US in more danger as it encourages the terrorists. The Islamo-facists know they cannot win a direct military confrontation, but if they keep the body count going up they can count on weak kneed liberals to cut and run. Unless I am missing something the coalition is now building up the nation's political, court, economic and security to make Iraq a strong country. Yes there are terrorists, bandits and insurgents that need to be dealt with and that is coming along just fine with the new Iraqi army coming on board.
