+29.87% Fairtax

Total $138.96 (gross payment)

"23% of the gross payment"=$31.96 or 31.96% (not 23%) tax.

I guess this is the part where you start saying I don't know the difference between "of and on and...."?
You obviously don't.

Nope, Looey, you're wrong - once again, the FairTax doesn't tax the state tax.

You've been told that probably tens if not hundreds of times.

Gross payment means the price including federal taxes. That's why it's called tax inclusive - geezus lewis.

Further, the bill intends to prevent taxes on taxes and says so implicitly. How can you be so ignorant?
