DeGuerin will argue on Delays behalf that the money laundering charge is the fruit of unlawful prosecutorial zeal since dingdong went through three grand juries before he got a bill. And the quote from the foreman of that final grand jury will be especially interesting to hear in a courtroom with a rational judge on the bench.
