This one hits a little too close to home. I'd say the Brave New Antisemitism has taken most of its form in the past ten years, or even less.

As more US engineering schools get swallowed in Political Correctness, India will be more than happy to take up the slack.

Spielberg hopes Munich gives push to peace in Middle East

His latest film, Munich, centers on the aftermath of the killings of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, Germany.

"I don't think any movie or any book or any work of art can solve the stalemate in the Middle East today," Spielberg tells Time magazine in its Dec. 12 issue. "But it's certainly worth a try." ... "We don't demonize our targets," Spielberg says. "They're individuals. They have families. ..."

I love Georgia Tech, and I support the institution as much as I can. It is my "second home", and I rue the day we cannot have a discussion without all of the parties involved being able to speak for their particular points. Sounds to me you were on the spot for a well-rehearsed bit of "cheap shots" lobbed towards Isreal. Know this my friend, and never forget that more than 98.5% of the folks who went to Tech support our governments' help towards Isreal, and many of us have fought on the side of the Isrealites through weapons designs, technology development, electronic eavesdropping eqiptment, etc. As we always say, "You can always tell aTech man, but you can't tell him much!" Tell the yahoos where to go, keep your chin up, and act like you care. Work hard, keep your word, and goodness will return to your life, and you can have the last laugh on the flakes who try to hold you back. Good Luck!!

According to Professor Bowman, a pro-Israel voice was absent due to the unfortunate coincidence of it being a Jewish holiday.

Coincidence? I think not.

The insects from the Institute should stick to engineering and leave complicated matters like politics and foreign affairs to other institutions of higher learning.

Anybody who believes that, stand on your head.

"For other students like me who are in the College of Engineering, leftist intrusion into our education is not always apparent. "

This is true. As an engineering student, I had no idea this kind of crap was going on. I suppose all the non-engineers here have too much spare time on their hands for hatred.

I hardly know what goes on outside ES&T, but I would definitely find time to get involved to stop these lies. This campus is Bush Country, damnit!
