He probably just cut and pasted the entire block of text from a creationist website without attribution, plagarizing it and presenting it as his own work and losing the code for superscript in the process. Likely he meant 10¹²³.

He might also have meant 1^{0123, which we know is a rather large number (though not quite as large as 1720).}

I know he didn't mean 10123. It's just that it's the second time in a few days that I have seen this same mistake being made in these threads. And it was early and I felt like being a smart ass. :)
