If I were a middle eastern (or south asian) Islamofascist, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing U.S. submarines lying dormant in the Indian Ocean or South China Sea could launch several dozen nuclear tipped missiles anywhere in my direction, in a matter of minutes.
