Growing old gracefully is not very stylish today. Eventually even plastic surgery won't be able to hide the fact that they are OLD.

I shudder to think what these people are going to look like when they are really old. They might not care, but the rest of us will. A face with all that surgery simply is not going to age in the usual way; it is going to droop and sag and wrinkle in ways hitherto unknown to man.
