I picked up on this sentence too; my comment is the US never withdrew; the US never signed this silly treaty. I agreewith you, now the US can watch the 35 countries that are fianancially bound to and impacted by this garbage.

....it's a shame most American people don't have a clue what it involved and how all it was was a scam to get into the American economy.Thats at least one thing I have to give credit to the Congress for, that vote.
