If Mrs. Clinton were to win the presidency, look for Maggy Marshall to be elevated to the 9th circuit court of appeals where she'll fit right in. Marshall is much more "qualified" than Ruth Bader Ginsburg ever was to sit on the US Supreme Court.
She would certainly be on Hillary's short list for a vacancy.
How many more Republicans would vote against her than the 3 who voted against RBG?
