I've not said so on the threads specificly mentioning it, but Russia's willingness to supply missiles to the likes of Iran is a very ominious indicator.

Israel is right to be preparing. The west should get off it's collective ass and prepare as well. They should prepare for action and take Iran's leaderhip out.

This has gone far enough!

Oh, this is not good. This is very not good. This is not good on an epic scale.

Somebody needs to get to the bozos in Tehran and explain a few facts of life (or death) to them before millions are incinerated.

This Is Not Good.

Iran gets taught a much-belated lesson in respect, in the form of a surgical airstrike? Sounds good to me.

Israel reaped international condemnation when it bombed Iraq's nuclear reactor shortly before it was to be activated in 1981. But a decade later, at the time of the first American-led Gulf war, world leaders admitted their relief that former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein had not obtained nuclear weapons.

Yet again, when the UN fails, Israel will prevail.

If the west fails to take action and Israel does, it's going to set back the modernization of the Middle-East IMO. Arabs may agree to the U.S. stopping the likes of Hussein, but they are not going to buy off on Israel attacking a Moslem ruled nation like Iran.

Once Israel does this the hatred of the U.S. will grow ten-fold in the region.

What bothers me, is that the west might procrastinate on this issue until it's really screwed the whole thing up.

The case needs to be made, even if we need to bribe Russia into agreement, that Iran's leadership must change.

I too share, this isn't good news but it is bound to happen sooner or later. It might be a good time for folks to get right with God..

Are the politicians and media in your state on
bin laden's payroll?

Nationwide...a near majority if not a majority
of the politicians and media are on bin laden's
payroll.

There should be no worries. Isreal has nothing to lose, and everything to gain by eliminating the threat. This also takes the pressure off of the US (I assume we already have our bombing raid laid out and ready to execute if it comes to that). We will, of course, be scolded by Russia, France and China for supporting Isreal in it's tactical plan. Hell, we most likely already gave Isreal the hardware required to penetrate the facilities (Which if I remember correctly, are fortified and deep underground).

well maybe I did exaggerate just a little....
then again if these politicians and media aren't
on bin laden's payroll.....
why do these politicians and media act as though
they are on bin laden's payroll?

The world may witness the first preemptive nuclear strike, but I doubt Israel will be the initiator.

As per usual the democracies dealing with fascistic dictatorships will have to wait until all is nearly lost before responding.

Millions will die tomorrow due to our inaction today.

the option described is better than the "Sampson

All one has to do is read the Bible books of Daniel and Revelation---don't have to be a Christian, but it helps,to understand just what they have foretold for thousands of years before today---'Gog and Magog'

Read Ezekiel 38 & 39. Many have been sounding the alarm that this prophecy is about to occur. Better read it.

It would be good if it stopped there. I am not sure that it would. Iran has undoubtedly learned the lesson of Iraq and has decentralized their nuke program. I doubt a single airstrike, or a small number of airstrikes, will put a serious dent in Iran's program.

It's entirely possible we'll see a nuclear exchange between Israel and Iran. This would be very, very bad, regardless of any other consideration.

And the result will be as many as 35 million dead in under 30 minutes.
