She is my congresswoman and I plan to vote for her again.

Shame on the republicans who bashed her after she put Murtha in his place. She said what the so called men of the Republican party didn't have the stones to say.

Say it again Jean...and this time no apology is needed.
Murtha is wrong and giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned as well.

I poked the chad for JS (electorally speaking) and she is making me proud that I did. That phony part-time military lawyer rat hack Hackett is not the future of the Democrat party, he was a Cindy Sheehan hanger-oner... the 1972 Viet-Nam strategy has failed yet again for the Democrats.

"Shame on the republicans who bashed her after she put Murtha in his place. She said what the so called men of the Republican party didn't have the stones to say."

The grown-ups in the party were putting Murtha in his place by refuting his proposal rather than lobbing Howard Dean-style personal attacks that inevitably backfire. Instead of Murtha looking bad for authoring such a destructive proposal, Schmidt managed to make Murtha look like the victim by attacking a 37 year Marine's courage.

Ridiculous personal attacks backfire, whether they're from the Rabid Left or the Rabid Right. Ask President Kerry how much help he received from Howard Dean, Michael Moore, MoveOn.hitler, and Daily "screw them" Kos.
