One of my biggest problems is the lack of fight in republican circles...the Democraps are going to howl about the mean republicans anyway...lets see everyone on our side call them on it..

I don't watch Chris Wallace any time he has on people like levin but I watched this clip...I'm surprised Chris hit him so hard...why don't the Republicans do the same thing???

I wrote to a fellow on the local RNC last night about a story coming from a Republican senator that republicans were leaving the party because the party wasnt Conservative enough.
I filled his ear that republicans are fed up with the party because we worked hard to get Republicans in the majority and they are blowing it. What good is a majority if the people who have it havent got the brains or the courage to use it.
Frist is a waste.McCain and others like him suck. None of them have enough balls to stand with our President. And the President stands with an asswipe like Spectre.

How can they have the nerve to ask Republicans to send money to elect a mess like this?

IMO, it is because the minute our side fights back hard, the legacy media and the progressive blogs begin hammering that we are against free speech, that they never said whatever, that Republicans who lie are now lying again, etc, etc, etc.

The "Bush Lied" meme was orchestrated and has succeeded in driving down the numbers on his strongest point: his credibility. even when the (rigged) polls show that the majority believe we need to stay the course and that the world is better off because of our actions in Iraq, those same respondents say the POTUS is dishonest. I believe the POTUS' approval numbers took a hit from conservatives during the Miers fiasco, but I doubt it would have gone below 48% in an honest poll.

Unfortunately, responding to donk attacks ends up as a pissing contest with a skunk. I give the administration credit for coming out strong, regardless of the certain knowledge that the media is going to spin it, as witness the "Bush In A Bubble" headline or the distortion of Cheney's characterization of content as personal attacks.

The past couple of days, I have noticed our side constantly saying they respect Murtha as a former Marine and as a person, but that "He is wrong."

But, then, I only watch FNC and can't always get to the mute button when the donks are spouting. Luckily, my blood pressure isn't high to begin with.
