What's a Bill Weinberg and what are his (or her if that's the case.....or transgendered, sorry, I don't want to risk offending if that's the case) sources?

Another liberal who can't even manage the rubber ducky's in his own bathtub, claiming he has it all figured out. War and Peace is trail and error, just like everything else that works on this planet.

Who is this fool? Israel is again doing the dirty work for the US? Give me a break. We have 150,000 troops in Iraq, with 2000 dead. A big part of the reason that we are there is to protect the Israelis. A thank you might be appropriate instead of an insult.

Of course, if Israel takes the bait and once again does Uncle Sam's dirty work, the worst of the backlash will be conveniently deflected from the USnot only to Israel, but to Jews all over the world. Will the Jews ever wake up?I think that the Israelis are fully aware of the potential consequences of a strike against Iran's nuke capability. There's no way "Uncle Sam" will escape the backlash from an Israeli strike on Iran. The Iranians have already made their threats, and told us about their "suicide commandos". Nevertheless, the job has be done, and someone has to do it. I would like see the US lend (at least) some covert support to Israel, but in any event, I hope that the Israelis give us some advance warning so that our military commanders can initiate appropriate "force protection" measures.

If Israel doesn't do the "dirty work" who goes up in smoke first? Israel protecting itself is not a proxy of US policy. It's called survival.

From the article:
"The function of a system is what it does. None of this is to imply that Farkash does not really want to bomb Iraq,"
The author seems a bit confused, wasn't his article about attacking Iran???

So what if Israel is the
bad cop of the U.S.?
Iran's nuclear capability needs to be taken out! I doubt very much that any Israeli action against Iran will hurt the world's Jews. It's Israeli Jews acting weak that will hurt U.S. Jews because anti-Semites are sadistic bullies who can smell weakness.

His use of the word "quagmire" raises a Dimocrat alert light on my panel. That's the traitors' old, used Vietnam word wherewith they stabbed the Vietnamese loyaists in the back, abandoned an ally and denigrated the heroism of thousands of American soldiers.
