Did anyone else catch that Murtha's evaluation was based on conversations he had "when he visited Iraq last year" which would have been in 2004? His opinion appears based on very old info.
I think he's just making it up - but what's new, eh? The US spends over 2.6 TRILLION dollars every year - with Murtha's approval. The Army, which he refers to as "broken," and "worn out", would be partially his fault.
I think he's full of it.
