I cannot find it the article on FR or on the internet, but our local paper has an article today saying the Corps of Engineers confirmed these findings with their own sonar tests.
I'm waiting for the accusations that Bush engineered this while he was still governor of Texas in order to kill poor people, while I wonder if good old Louisiana fraud is the real culprit.
