I went to your link and it appears that you are misrepresenting what Alterman said. He was trying to make a point and follows your quote with this:

Just read the article by Altermann. I'll readily acknowledge that Coulter goes over the top occasionally, but typically Altermann doesn't name one so-called lie that Coulter has uttered. Apparently he cannot distinguish when Coulter is merely engaging in hyperbole or satire. Then of course he goes into the ad hominem attack mode. My guess is that Altermann has a thing for Coulter, but has to disguise it.

You seem to forget who has most of the weaponry in this country -- not to mention vast quanities of ammo -- which would cheerfully be discharged in your direction if you were to harm Lady Anne.
