It would be awfully ironic, but it seems to me that this sort of thing (if published, and it would appear that it has been) should be subject to prosecution under hate crimes legislation.

Malkin and the others get similar threats all the time, too. Don't any of you doubt for a minute that Rush, Hannity, Glenn Beck, and their respective relatives get threats routinely. They just don't talk about it.
