To his enemies' dismay, Mr. Bush is winning World War IV, the fight against Muslim fascist extremism and its vicious terrorism.

I disagree.
No war was ever won without burning cities and piles of dead civilians.
Hearts and minds ain't gonna work with this one. We have to make them sick of war and destroy their religion like we did with Japan.

Half measures won't work.

Oh, and there are not just 2000 casualties, we are over 5000 just counting the September 11^th casualties.
