----I just wish the victims' families had more say in what his fate should be because Arnie is not capable of this kind of massive decision. He is an actor and not a very good one at that. I mean lets face it, he couldn't even pick out a decent looking wife.

If he really conned people into believing he's changed and just for the sake of argument - people bought it - and somehow Tookie got out despite all the odds and murdered again after obtaining his freedom, would all the Tookiephiles have the good grace to fall mercifully silent? Somehow I doubt it. Let's make no mistake here: granting a cold-blooded killer undeserving clemency would be tantamount to a confession we don't really believe in justice. If we're not going to ever do right by the four people he murdered - Owen and the Changs - when will we? That is the question, not whether Tookie gets the needle.
