It's the modern version of the passages in Frank Capra's
"Why We Fight" series that ridiculed Hitler, Mussolini and Tojo.

Seeing how The United Nations is now basically "The Dictators' Club",
it is perfectly understandable why this band of murderous rulers
would want to get ahold of The Internet...
