Let's see. I am 31 years old. I've had my name in the phone book for 11 years. I've never missed an election. My father is 57. He has had his name in the phone book since 1971, when my folks married and they got their own place. He missed one election in the 70s due to unexpectedly staying out of town longer than planned on a work trip. My mother has had her own entry in the phone book since their 1995 divorce: she has never missed an election. My folks have both been registered as Dems and Independents, although both of them (and I) are registered Republicans now.
The same can be said for my in-laws, except they are still married to each other, with respect to their phone book listings and voting record.
Not a one of us has EVER been called for a legitimate political poll.
Who do these pollsters call?
