"Actions which enable the leftists to advance their agenda is support."
Does that include NOT giving full support to someone attempting to pass conservative legislation because HE is looked on as not being worthy, and thereby giving a victory to the leftists in defating those props ?
Despite the many posts by party operatives saying that people opposed special election propositions to spite Arnold, and, despite many posts requesting proof of such behavior, said party operatives have yet to provide any support for their contentions.
Several or many posters opposed SOME of the intiatives based on their CONTENT, not Arnold. The reasons were posted here, over and over, with support and logic. NONE of the reasons had anything to do with Arnold and EVERYTHING to do with the content of the propositions. Not all of this legislation was "conservative" as you suggest. For example, Prop 76 deferred more expenses and gave authorization to issue more bonds (more borrowing) and did not cut spending.
On the other hand, I see no reason why a freeper, who touts themselves as a "conservative", would attempt to minimize the damage of the GLBT legislation Arnold passed, unless said freeper favors such legislation and the incremental advancement of the homosexual agenda.
When it really is "conservative legislation," yes, when it fails that test upon examination, no.
I'll make the distinction easy for you: Prop 76 didn't qualify as "conservative legislation," quite simply because it did little to nothing to constrain spending while authorizing more borrowing and overspending revenue in years with low tax receipts.
