Actually, I've mentioned this a few times in previous posts. I believe that the moose-limb garbage will continue on an upward trend and will, at some point, trigger a violent reaction from the average Joe in the street who, until that point, had remained unheard from.
THAT is when the excrement will strike the air agitator and the governments will be relatively ineffective at stopping it.

Except that by the time the violent reaction takes place, military-age Muslims will outnumber military-age "reaction Joe's" by about 2-to-1. Won't need a crystal ball for that one.
America's going to need to be ready to accept the remaining "reaction Joe's" as political refugees. Might serve to stiffen resolve here.
