Our guys hand their manhood to the MSM on a silver platter. It's ugly.
On the other hand, Cunningham's war service has nothing to do with the pickle he's in now. By that measure, should we be more lenient with lawbreakers if they've had a distinguished military record? If someone raped your daughter, would you care that he shot down 5 MIGs during the Vietnam War?
Murtha and Cunningham...apples and oranges...and the orange is going to jail.
I just tried the one with 'balls'.
I have to get a lawyer tomorrow...
"The only Republican congressman who did not offer to have sex with John Murtha on the House floor was Jean Schmidt, R-Ohio." - Ann CoulterPing!
You seem to believe that we have statesmen in office. You are wrong. Their priorities center only upon themselves. This is true of Democrats AND Republicans. Children need to be scolded when they behave like ...children. I admonish the whole fat-ass American population who would rather see who is "the Biggest Loser" than wakeup and smell the truth that there are murdering savages that would glady crush their way of life, regardless of its debauched and pathetic way. Unfortunately we have a treasonous, self-centered, Godless coalition of Leftist scum-suckers who actively plan on facillitating the murder of the American dream. These are the more dangerous of the two, solely because as long as we have the better people of our country who believe in self-sacrifice and honor (ie something greater than themselves), militarily , these LIVING FREAKIN' HEROES, will not allow us to lose from outside our country. It really is the insidious enemy within that will break us; without them, Moo-slime Joe doesn't have a chance at waxing my car, let alone killing my family.
So -- Murtha is a coward and a POS, solely for aiding and abetting the enemy, so he can have his 15 minutes with Chairman Mao-Pelosi.
Sorry to offend your sensibilities, but I think it is time we revive an old tradition of debating the truth in the open, especially in the people's forum of the House of R. And for those brave enough to "call a spade a spade" I'm sorry if they get raked over the coals and lose an election. America is more important than any one person's job security.
A lot of people at this forum need to re-watch Zell Miller's speech at the convention. I'd be happy to facilitate the viewing.
War hero Murtha is currently under investigation by the House Ethics committee so it may be apples to apples in the end.
The heck with Condi. Coulter for President!
Excellent article.
Emily Salisbury, Executive Director of UCONN College Republicans, will be on FOX News Channel's the OReilly Factor tonight (12/2) at 8PM (Channel 31 for campus cable). She will be discussing Ann Coulter coming to UConn.
Should be interesting.
Cheers,
Lloyd
The media didn't make it this way, it simply is. If someone demands an immediate pull out then the logical question is whether they are stupid, ignorant, or simply unpatriotic.
The problem is that we have accepted the premise that it is wrong to question the patriotism of people who act unpatrioticaly.
In the war of ideas the main weapon of the left is brow beating people into not saying anything to offend them. Our main weapon is to be honest about what they are desperately trying to obfuscate.
I would be interested in any info you have on Rep. John Murtha in regard to "...refuses to release his medical records showing he was entitled to his two Purple Hearts". This discussion reminds me of Mary Jo Kopechne and the question, is Senator Kennedy only guilty of Manslaughter or Murder 1, and why aren't we asking those questions. http://www.ytedk.com/chapter5.htm#farrar. If Senator Kennedy is guilty of manslaughter, Senator Byrd is a member of the KKK, Rep. Pelosi is a darling of Organized Labor and yet she owns a business that is not only non-union but has fired people for trying to organize a union representation, why aren't we outing these people. Has anyone out there read the book Do As I Say (Not As I Do) : Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy (Hardcover)
by Peter Schweizer yet?
