Situational ethics are a dim substitute for reality. My resolved opinion is exactly as stated in prior posts. I cannot offer you a logical, rational or mathmatical equation, whereby you can determine a well reasoned outcome. Life just ain't that way. Do what you think is right, no matter what. I am not trying to get you or anyone else to wear my boots. No matter how much we agree or disagree- the one common thread is life. Just do your best- even when others don't or can't.
On the other hand people like Tookie should be forever removed from contact and benefits of "the outside world".
