In my world, that's a FLOP!
Several years ago, my friend and I produced a video, "The Etiquitte of Golf" and sold about 30,000 copies, making a modest profit. When going out to sell it in public, if we sold 100 tapes at a sitting, we knew it was a bust. {But we were actually trying to make money}.
She needs a much better PR MAN to avoid snafus like that.
