I would agree that we will see differing severity, with the least impact on high-demand urban/suburban areas. But excepting Manhattan and downtown San Francisco, I don't think anyone will be unaffected.

But excepting Manhattan and downtown San Francisco, I don't think anyone will be unaffected. Manhattan is remarkable. Prices in all the other boroughs and burbs fell sharply in October. But Manhattan held unchanged and condos under $2 million actually rose in price on average.
