Free Republic Opinion Poll: The Constitution says in Article I, Section 8, "The Congress shall have the power.... To provide for the calling forth the Militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and Repel Invasions;..." Since we are being invaded and the laws of the Union are being violated should the Militia be called up and placed on the borders to protect the laws and the American people?
