Boy, it's a shame that these folks don't have legs. If they did, they could perhaps WALK to catch rides with friends...or even ride bicycles!

I understand what you are saying, but what about the poor Houstonians who are in the same plight? She has a NEW home for crying out loud. What about the ones who have been living out of boxes in Houston for years? THEY are the ones who deserve something OVER the Katrina "victims", IMHO.

The PC crowd has gone overboard for these people. YES, there are some out there that are genuinely grateful for what they have been given (or should I say handed)but, they are few and far between.
