If that is how many the government thinks there are then who are we to argue..... they can't seize what they don't think is out there.
Ours, not doubt, is a society joyously saturated with guns. I personally do my best, every so often, to increase that saturation. All of my guns have killed fewer people than one blue 1968 Oldsmoblie in the hands of one drunken U.S. Senator did.
