Bosnians Muslims did indeed damage Christian churches, but that was during the war, the current destruction you may be referring to is currently taking place in Kosovo. Serbian Orthodox Churches are being systematically targeted and destroyed. The rioting witnessed last March in Kosovo and in France just recently is only a taste of what is to come.
