More people should make calls and send mails. I think we need a better set up for doing so and a way to monitor how tips are handled.

That is the most logical solution to the problem. Fine employers of illegal immigrants $5000 for each one hired.
12,000,000 illegals X 5000 = 60 billion. If all the fines are earmarked for the Feds you can bet the Dims will vote for it.
