How many years would a wall take? Depends on how serious you are about solving the problem.

My analysis shows it could be done in a couple of years.

Remember that we have a LOT of experience with big engineering and construction jobs.

The good thing about you FROBL members is that you keep making the same lame arguments over and over again - and do nothing except convince the undecided that your position is wrong.
