Oh, I see. Did Mr. Cunningham get paid MORE than the asking price like Mr Kennedy? Or did the appraisel come in extemely high on Cunningham's property.Cunningham got paid far more than they were asking for the house, far more than the house was worth, far more than the market for any houses in the area. The buyer tried to sell it right away and eventually ended up taking a major loss on it.

EXACTLY like the Kennedy deal. Two wrongs don't make a right, however.
