I went to USC with Duke and was in the NROTC with him. Even as a college kid, every one knew that he was something special. He gave a speech once on how important HONOR is for a military officer that I still remember. No one that knew him was suprised with what he did in Vietnam and later in Congress. I was so proud of him. He is the last person I would have ever thought to be so stupid and corrupt. Sad
